These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make here. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with its operation, scrape it in an automated way or copy and redistribute our content without written permission.
3. Products, descriptions and availability
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and details can look different between screens, and packaging can change between production batches. Products are offered while stocks last and we may discontinue any item at any time.
4. Pricing and errors
All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Promotional prices are valid only while the promotion is displayed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order confirmation.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, and the contract is formed when we ship the item. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that fail our fraud screening, orders with an incomplete address, orders that appear to be for resale, and orders that break these terms. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Your card statement will show PRIMOUR OUTLET. If you do not recognize a charge, email primouroutlet@gmail.com before contacting your bank and we will identify the order for you within 24 hours.
7. Shipping and delivery
Processing times, delivery estimates and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. It gives you a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery, and 14 days to report an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
9. Promotions, discounts and bundles
Discount codes, bundle pricing and free gifts cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, have no cash value, and can be withdrawn or corrected if they are used in a way they were not intended for.
10. Reviews and customer content
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and you allow us to publish and use it in our marketing without payment. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unlawful.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, layout, logos and design, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
12. Trademarks and brand ownership
All brand names, trademarks and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent retailer.
