Weekend Orders: Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery & Transit

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Business Days: Shipments are sent Monday to Friday only.

Missing Items

Report Deadline: If any item from your order is missing, please notify our customer service team via support@primouroutlet.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Conditions: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 17 days. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method originally used.
